We treat each investment as it’s own company and partner with investors on a deal-by-deal basis depending on the individual investor’s financial goals. Deal types include stable, value-add and opportunistic investments to align with all risk types and investor needs.
We work tirelessly to improve underperforming assets and use our in-house leasing team as a white glove service to fill vacancies and solve problems quickly--significantly increasing property values and yield to our investors.
Our principals have an extensive track record of creating value within commercial assets and focus on the fundamentals of location and leasability while ensuring there are multiple exit strategies. The favorable cost basis of our assets allows us to lease our spaces at competitive rents and mitigates the potential for significant impairments in our investments.
